Player Points are earned by all players simply by playing real-money cash games and tournaments.

In cash games Player Points are awarded based upon the rake contributed to each pot. 3.6 Player Points are awarded for every dollar contributed in rake. For example, if a player contributes 0.4 dollars in rake, he will be awarded 1.44 Player Points (0.4 x 3.6 = 1.44).
In tournaments Player Points are awarded based upon tournament fees. For every dollar taken in fees, 3.6 Player Points are awarded. For example, by participating in a $5 + 0.50 tournament, that player would receive 1.8 Player Points (0.50 x 3.6 = 1.8).
The number of Player Points earned in a month will define your Players' Club level. Put simply, the higher your level, the better the multiplier will be when converting Player Points into Store Points.
