• You must opt-in using the code ‘WSOPNBG ’ before 23:59 GMT on 30th of May 2012 in order to participate in this promotion.
• The Weekly Races will run from Fridays at 00:00:01 GMT to 23:59:59 GMT on Thursdays, beginning Friday April 6th and ending on Thursday June 14th 2012 for a total of 10 individual weeks.
• You may opt-in to this promotion at any time on or before 30th May, however, to earn points in an active Weekly Race, you must opt-in before 23:59 GMT on the Wednesday during that Weekly cycle i.e. 1-day prior to the end of that Weekly Race. For example, if you opted in on Wednesday 18th April, Player Points will be counted retrospectively from the start of that Weekly Race (i.e. from Friday 13th April) and for the following Weekly Races, however no Points would be awarded for the first Weekly Race. If you opted in on Thursday 19th March, no Player Points will be awarded for that Weekly Race or the previous Weekly Race, but you will earn points in the subsequent Weekly Races in this promotion.
• Each Weekly Race will award players points which go towards an overall Master Leaderboard. There will be ten separate Weekly Races in total.
• Weekly Race Leaderboards will rank players according to how many Player Points have been accrued during each Weekly Race period.
• No cash (or other) prizes can be won in the Weekly Leaderboards.
• The overall Master Leaderboard is calculated using your six best/highest point scores from each Weekly Race you have participated in.
• You do not need to play in all 10 weekly races in order to appear on the overall Master Leaderboard e.g. if you only play five weekly races out of the ten in total then your six best weekly scores will be calculated by adding your three participating weekly scores together plus zero (for the sixth weekly score) to make up your overall Master Score.
• This promotion holds a fixed prize pool of $80,000 which will be distributed amongst the top 100 places in the overall Master Leaderboard.
• Each $10,000 Main Event buy-in covers the cost of buy-in to the tournament and the registration fee only.
• $10,000 Main Event buy-ins may be exchanged for a $9,000 cash alternative upon request.  
• You must be aged 21 years or over at the time of the event to participate in the WSOP. Any player under the age of 21 that wins a WSOP Main Event buy-in may transfer their package to another player or they may opt for a $9,000 cash alternative paid directly into their Betfair account.
• By participating in this promotion you consent to Betfair passing on your personal data to third parties in order to arrange tournament registration and hotel bookings. Any details passed on will be used solely for the purposes of arranging delivery of your prize package. 
• It is each player’s own responsibility to ensure that any WSOP winnings are taxed according to your local jurisdiction and law.
• Winners and promotion participants must agree to all reasonable publicity of their personality, television media interviews, press releases, and website promotions. Event reports will also feature the name and poker alias of the winner and/or participant. No further consideration shall be payable for a participants agreement to the foregoing.
• Players Points will be awarded as follows:
• Cash/Ring Games: 3.6 Players Points are awarded according to the Essence model for every $1 of rake paid.
• Sit 'n' Go Tournaments: 3.6 Players Points are awarded for every $1 paid in fee
• Multi Table Tournaments: 3.6 Players Points are awarded for every $1 paid in fee.
• The Weekly Leaderboards will automatically update every 15 minutes.
• The Master Leaderboard will be updated once a week on Mondays to take account of the Weekly Race which ended on the Thursday of the week before.
• The Points Race prizes can be combined with any loyalty reward, promotions and bonuses.
• In the event that a position is tied between two or more players, the prizes for the places occupied will be combined and split equally. For example, if there is a tie for 5th place, 5th and 6th place prize money will be added together and split equally amongst the tied players.
• All cash prizes will be paid out within 72 hours after the Points Race is completed.
• All winning accounts are subject to standard Fraud and Security checks to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions stated before any prizes are processed.
• A Betfair account is personal and shall only be used by the person whose details match those registered under the account. Failure to abide by this may result in immediate disqualification from this promotion.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Any player found to be in breach of this rule will be immediately disqualified from the promotion..
• No account can be used from more than one computer.
• Any players suspected to be "soft playing", "team playing" or colluding with other players in order to generate leaderboard points will be disqualified from this promotion.
• This promotion holds a fixed prize pool.
• No employees of Betfair, or any family members of employees of Betfair and its affiliate companies, their agents or those of their respective group companies, may take part in this promotion.
