Standard Terms & Conditions

• All players that are not currently on a rake back deal with Betfair are eligible to participate in the Players Club and work towards these additional rewards.

• Player Points generated from poker activity will be used to define which level a player has reached during the stated month

• A player can only benefit from the final level they reach during the month. If a player manages to go from Bronze to Gold for example in one month they will only be eligible for the Gold level rewards and not Bronze, Silver and Gold rewards

• All rewards are subject to change and Betfair reserves the right to amend any of the details or withdraw / cancel a reward where necessary

• Players will not be eligible for any of the rewards if their account is suspended due to fraudulent activities

• Players will not be eligible for any of the rewards if their account is self excluded from Poker

• If players have self excluded from other Betfair products they will not be eligible for rewards specific to the product in question

• All rewards on other Betfair products will be subject to the terms and conditions of the associated promotion

REWARD EXPLANATION / TERMS & CONDITIONS

(1) Monthly Free Rolls
To qualify for one of the monthly free rolls each month the amount of Player Points accrued will need to fall into one of the following categories -
Bronze Free Roll ($1000 in Value)
*Player has accrued between 50 and 399 Player Points*

Silver Free Roll ($2000 in Value)
* Player has accrued between 400 and 1299 Player Points*

Gold & Sapphire Free Roll ($3000 in Value)
* Player has accrued between 1300 and 5999 Player Points*

Diamond, Master & Grand Master Free Roll ($5000 in Value)
* Player has accrued between 6000 and 13999 Player Points or
* Player has accrued 14000 Player Points in the last 12 months

• Player Points will be calculated from 00:00 on the first day of each month until 23:59 on the last day of each month

• A player will only be eligible for one free roll entry per month so for example: If Player A manages to progress from Bronze right through to Sapphire in the course of one month, they will only be eligible for the Sapphire & Diamond free roll

• The free rolls will be 1 month in arrears, so Player Points earned in January, for example, will determine qualification for the free rolls in February

• The tournaments will always be held in the first two weeks of the month, and players will be awarded a ticket entry for the tournament they have qualified for. *Note - players will have to register themselves for the tournament with the ticket awarded*

• The free roll tournaments will always have the assigned value amount guaranteed, however prizes may be split between cash / satellite entries or other exciting items depending on the promotion at the time.

• Betfair reserves the right to cancel any tournament at any time without prior notification should there be technical or other issues that prevent the tournament from proceeding.

(2) Betfair Points Reward

• For every 1 Player Point that is awarded on Poker, 4 Betfair Points are added to your Betfair Points balance which you can check under your ‘My Account’ page.

• Betfair Points that you accrue go towards reducing the commission levels that you pay on the main Betfair exchange - see here for more details http://poker.betfair.com/aboutUs/

(3) Monthly Leaderboards

• All players are eligible to enter the monthly leaderboards whether it is the Cash / SNG or Multi Table regardless of their Players Club Level.

• If there is an Opt In required to participate in one of the leaderboard promotions then it is each player’s responsibility to complete this and a player will not be automatically entered

• All leaderboards will be subject to the associated Terms and Conditions of the leaderboard in question

(4) Refer & Earn Bonus

• All players are able to benefit from the Betfair Poker Refer & Earn Bonus regardless of the Players Club level they are on

• A unique referral code must be entered upon sign-up to be entitled to the Bonus

(5) Free VIP Merchandise

• By reaching Diamond level or above, players will enter our Players Club VIP levels and make themselves eligible to receive additional Betfair Poker merchandise

• Items will range from Poker accessories such as card protectors right through to clothing and technology items depending on the Players Club level a player has reached and their monthly activity

• All players are responsible for ensuring that their account has a current, fully completed registered home address and contact number so that goods can be delivered and contact made where necessary. Completion of a separate form may be required before delivery of some items. Without this Betfair is not responsible for ensuring that goods reach the player safely, and we may refuse delivery altogether

• Delivery of items may take up to 3 months from the point at which a player first reaches the required Players Club level, depending on the player’s country of residence

• Players will not be eligible for any merchandise if their account is self-excluded from Poker or suspended for any reason including possible fraudulent activities

(6) Annual Offline Event Invite

• By reaching our yearly Master and Grand Master levels players make themselves eligible for an invite to one of our offline Poker Events

• This may be one of our flagship Betfair ‘Live’ events or it may be a more local ‘VIP’ event depending on your region and or activity throughout the year

• Travel and accommodation will not be included as part of the invite unless stated by your Betfair contact prior to the event

• Every invite to a specific offline event will be subject to the Terms and Conditions associated with the event itself

• Betfair reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any point without compensation should the event be cancelled or postponed for any reason or if a player self-excludes from Betfair Poker.

(7) Exclusive Sports Tickets

• For our Top VIP Players reaching the Grand Master level there will be an opportunity to enjoy exclusive sports tickets during the course of a 12 month period

• Opportunities will range from Horse Racing days out to VIP nights or even a chance to see Manchester United or Barcelona for our most loyal players

• There is no guarantee that any request can be fulfilled and all activities will be arranged through your appointed Betfair contact

• Betfair reserves the right to cancel, withdraw or amend any agreed activities without prior notice

• Players will not be eligible for exclusive sports tickets should their account be suspended for any reason or if they are self-excluded from Betfair Poker
