TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Stack+ is an always-on poker loyalty programme on Betfair Poker.
2. Stack+ is available only to registered and verified real money poker customers who meet the eligibility requirements.
3. Players who are self-excluded, banned by a regulator or otherwise suppressed through the applicable suppression framework will not be able to access Stack+.
4. A player must opt into Stack+ via the Stack+ Widget within their account before they can earn Points or accrue Rakeback.
What do I need to do?
5. A player only needs to opt into the Programme once.
6. After they opt into the Programme, players earn Stack+ points through qualifying real money poker play.
7. All real money poker activity qualifies for Points, including real money poker cash games and real money poker tournaments.
8. Players earn 1 point for every cent (USD) of qualifying rake or tournament fees.
9. For cash games, rake is attributed to each player using the weighted contribution method, under which rake is attributed proportionately based on the amount that customer contributes to the relevant pot.
10. For tournaments, Points are calculated by reference to the tournament fee paid by the player. For example, where entry to a tournament costs USD 11, comprising of USD 10 towards the prize pool and a USD 1 tournament fee, the USD 1 tournament fee generates 100 Points.
11. Where qualifying play is denominated in a currency other than USD, the relevant rake or tournament fee will be converted to USD using the exchange rate applied by the Programme at the time the rake or tournament fee is incurred, and the corresponding Points will be calculated by reference to the resulting USD amount.
12. Points have no cash value and may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, bartered or traded.
13. Points earned during a calendar month determine a player’s loyalty level.
14. A customer's monthly Points progress resets to zero at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each calendar month.
What can I win?
15. Customers are rewarded with a % of Rakeback. The Points thresholds applicable to each Level, and the Rakeback percentages applicable at each Level, are set out in the table above.
16. Level 1 does not provide any Rakeback. A customer must earn 500 Points (equivalent to USD 5 of qualifying rake and/or tournament fees) to reach Level 2 and begin accruing Rakeback.
17. When a player reaches a Level during a calendar month, that Level applies immediately and is retained for the remainder of that calendar month and throughout the following calendar month.
18. During a calendar month in which a player retains a Level reached in the previous calendar month, the customer will not move to a lower Level, irrespective of the number of Points earned during that calendar month.
19. If, during a calendar month, the player earns sufficient Points to reach a Level higher than their retained Level, the higher Level applies immediately and is retained for the remainder of that calendar month and throughout the following calendar month.
20. If the player does not reach a Level higher than their retained Level, the Points earned during that calendar month determine the Level that will apply from the beginning of the following calendar month.
Example: A player opts into the Programme on 16 January and earns sufficient Points to reach Level 4 on 25 January. Level 4 applies from 25 January and is retained throughout February. The player’s monthly Points progress resets to zero on 1 February.
If the player earns sufficient Points during February to reach only Level 3, they nevertheless remain at Level 4 throughout February and move to Level 3 on 1 March. If instead they earn sufficient Points to reach Level 5 during February, Level 5 applies immediately when the relevant Points threshold is reached and is retained throughout March.
21. The Programme provides eligible players with a percentage of the rake attributable to their qualifying real money cash game play and the tournament fees they pay for qualifying real money poker tournaments.
22. Rakeback is available once a player reaches Level 2.
23. The Rakeback percentage applicable to a player depends on the player's Level and the relevant game type, as set out in the table above
24. Where a player reaches a higher Level during a calendar month, the Rakeback percentage applicable to that higher Level applies only to qualifying play occurring from the time the higher Level is reached. Rakeback accrued from earlier qualifying play is not recalculated at the higher percentage.
25. There are no caps, minimum amounts or specific rounding rules applicable to the calculation or accrual of Rakeback.
26. For qualifying cash game play (including Zoom), Rakeback is confirmed and added to the player’s Rakeback balance when the player leaves the relevant table. For qualifying tournament play, Rakeback is confirmed and added to the player’s Rakeback balance when the relevant tournament is completed.
27. A player may claim their available Rakeback at any time, and as many times as they wish, by selecting the “Claim Rakeback” button within the Stack+ Widget.
28. Once claimed, Rakeback is credited to the cash balance of the player's account.
29. Any Rakeback which remains unclaimed at 00:00 UTC on the first day of a calendar month is automatically credited to the player's cash balance, following which the player’s Rakeback balance resets to zero.
30. Rakeback is not subject to any wagering or play-through requirements and, once credited to the player’s cash balance, may be withdrawn by the player.
31. Where qualifying play is determined to involve fraud, collusion, cheating or other improper activity, any Points awarded in respect of that play will be removed and any accrued but unclaimed Rakeback attributable to that play will be cancelled.
32. If a player is manually removed from the Programme:
a. any accrued but unclaimed Rakeback will remain available and will be automatically credited to the player’s cash balance at the end of the relevant calendar month, unless credited earlier by player support; and
b. their Points and current Level will be retained in accordance with the normal monthly Points reset and Level retention mechanics. If the player is reinstated into the Programme during the same calendar month, their existing Points will continue to count towards their Level progress.
33. If a player becomes self-excluded, is banned by a regulator or is otherwise suppressed through the applicable suppression framework, they will no longer be able to access the Programme. Any Points earned by the player during the relevant calendar month prior to losing access will be retained until the normal monthly Points reset, their current Level will remain unchanged until the end of that calendar month, and any accrued but unclaimed Rakeback will be automatically credited to the player’s cash balance.
34. Where an error or technical failure results in an incorrect award or calculation of Points, Level or Rakeback, the player’s Points, Level and/or accrued but unclaimed Rakeback (as applicable) will be adjusted to reflect the position that would have applied had the error or technical failure not occurred.
35. Rakeback which has already been credited to the player’s cash balance will not be adjusted or recovered solely as a result of an error or technical failure in the calculation of that Rakeback.
36. The Programme has no fixed end date. If the Programme is discontinued, players will be notified in advance and any Rakeback accrued but not yet claimed by a player will be paid to the player’s cash balance.
37. The Points requirements for each Level and the Rakeback percentages applicable to each Level and game type may be changed from time to time. Additional Programme features may also be introduced.
38. Betfair reserves the right to change the terms, or the availability, of this offer at any time. Any such change won’t materially impact customers already taking part in the promotion.
39. Betfair reserves the right, at its discretion, to exclude certain customers from this promotion. If you have been sent an email from Betfair excluding you from promotions, you will not qualify for this promotion.
40. Betfair reserves the right to disqualify you from the promotion and/or close your Betfair account if it considers there is sufficient evidence of abuse of the promotion, for example by using more than one username or opening more than a personal betting account to take part in the promotion. In such cases Betfair will not credit you with the free bet.
41. If any of term of the promotion is breached, or if there is evidence that a customer is using the promotion to guarantee profits regardless of the outcome (whether individually or as part of a group), we reserve the right to reclaim the bonus element, and any pending winnings from play generated using the bonus funds.
