What is being offered

New Betfair customers can claim rewards for reaching different rake targets across 22 milestones as part of a poker challenge.

When is the offer being conducted

This offer runs from 15:00 BST on October 21, 2026 and is ongoing. Players have 14 days from signup to opt-in and 120 days from opt-in to complete the poker challenge.

Who is eligible to take part and how can you qualify

The offer is only available to new customers who have never made any real money deposit at PokerStars on Betfair.

To be eligible for the offer, players must:

Be a new customer;
opt-in to the offer via the Challenges Window within 14 days of signing up;
play real money poker games to generate poker rake and reach rake targets.

Only one initial opt-in is required for the duration of the offer.

There are 22 milestones in total. Each milestone has a rake target, as follows:

The rake targets stated for each milestone are cumulative. Players must rake $750 in total to complete all 22 milestones.

Rake accumulated across all poker games formats and variants counts for this offer. Using tournament tickets and T-Money also counts.

Claiming and redeeming the offer

Upon completing each milestone, players will receive the reward assigned to that milestone.

All rewards will be credited directly to the player’s account within 24 hours of milestone completion.

Throwables are digital objects that can be thrown at other players at poker tables.

Cash rewards awarded as part of this offer don't carry any restrictions or wagering requirements and can be used in any games.

Spin & Go tickets can be used to register and play Spin & Go tournaments with buy-ins corresponding to the value of the ticket.

Multi-Table Tournament (MTT) tickets can be used to register and play MTTs with buy-ins corresponding to the value of the ticket.

Tickets issued as part of this offer are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, T-Money or other tickets.

All tickets expire 30 days after issue. They will hold no value once expired and will not be compensated.

What else do you need to know

Players can track their progress in their Challenges Window. Challenge extensions are not allowed. Any progress made that did not result in challenge completion will be lost after the offer period has ended.

Players can check any tournament tickets they have, alongside information on expiry dates and more by going to ‘My Rewards’ menu and selecting ‘Tournament Tickets’.

1. Betfair reserves the right to change the terms, or the availability, of this offer at any time. Any such change won’t materially impact customers already taking part in the promotion.

2. Betfair reserves the right, at its discretion, to exclude certain customers from this promotion. If you have been sent an email from Betfair excluding you from promotions, you will not qualify for this promotion.

3. Betfair reserves the right to disqualify you from the promotion and/or close your Betfair account if it considers there is sufficient evidence of abuse of the promotion, for example by using more than one username or opening more than a personal betting account to take part in the promotion. In such cases Betfair will not credit you with the reward.

4. If any of term of the promotion is breached, or if there is evidence that a customer is using the promotion to guarantee profits regardless of the outcome (whether individually or as part of a group), we reserve the right to reclaim the bonus element, and any pending winnings from play generated using the bonus funds.
